Ipoint Solutions is a Florida-based software company leader in Audio Video Workflow solutions.  When they approached us to work on their site, their goal was simple:  make us look good so customers can trust our service and purchase our product.

Our first step was to understand their software.  Workflow operations for an audio video business span from sales, quotes, invoices and receivables through installations, on-the-field worksheets and inventory tracking.

The design strategy was to offer a modern, clean and simple look to an otherwise complex product.  By using icons, gradients and compelling graphics, we were able to offer visitors a relaxed immersion into more dense product details.

After publishing, the new site has reduced bounce rated by 640%, conversion is up 2400% compared to same month in the previous year and the organic SEO has placed the site in the top 10 results in Google searches.

Always tell a story. Working from the concept of points, workflow and the connectivity offered by the iPoint solutions, our design goal was to create a coherent dot-centric design that helped the user flow along the features of the software.

By building a custom CMS, the client can now manage all the content in their site, even in complex layouts like accordions and timelines.

We coded the theme line by line to control every single element to ensure the fastest loading speeds possible, achieving an average of 1.9s per page loading time.
